Earlier today i tried opening my internet broswer (Mozilla) but it would not open so i pressed ctrl+alt+del and went to proccesses, it showed mozila was active. So i ended the proccess and did a full spyware/adware check, after i double clicked mozilla again and it happend again. So i went to restart my computer a window poped up asking to end process Mozilla-SSH or somthing like that. Do i have to worry?

Try doing a sypware check in Safe Mode; then reinstall Mozilla.
