BHS does not have the source code to RenRem, rather we wrote code which does the same thing.

The FDS is compiled from the exact same source code as the retail game, having the source code to the FDS would mean having the source code to Renegade itself.

And, EA would not sell the souce code no matter how much money was involved, as it would open them up to a multitude of legal issues.
