I get that error all the time, it used to be 1/20 times it did work, now it is 1/70, I do get mad sometimes but it does work, but then most of the time after about 5 times i am trying to open it, it does this

TRYING TO CONNECT TO SERVER #1... CONNECTED
SECURE LINK ESTABLISHED

then it just stays there, does nothing page doesnt load, i can click renegade and i do but the servers say i dont run rengaurd someone 1 plz help Sad
