No, like more specifically where the mod is. I went to the site and looked around but couldn't find the "matrix mod".

The only matrix mod I know of is the one created by npsmith (http://www.thecodesmith.com) which gave everything a matrix code look.

Um...Taximes also made one that altered the gravity and bullet speed on a few maps, and added some extra characters in. I'm not sure if that's the one mentioned though...

Yeah it goes rapid fire and they don't blow up. They just keep bouncing around uber slow.
