Please create an account there if you wish to work with our developers to resolve any issues you're having with RenGuard. You will be able to create a unique support ticket for your issue.

PLEASE NOTE that if you want to report a bug that you don't want anyone but the developers to read, simply mark it "Private" on the submission form.

It will be much easier for us to keep track of the status of your problem this way.

your reguard has got me banned on battlefield Vietnam.
I like to thank the cock that made this stupid ant cheat and researched it properly.It has fucked with my punkbuster for 1942 Vietnam causing my cd key to be banned.lol you all think but right now Australia is having a $15,000 comp which we are in the top 5 ,well I say was ,you see renguard got my cd key banned to today and I was ,or my clan of ten was going to play tonight. if we win we be in 3rd but now we well, forfeit cant make 10 players to the game, well its all over. so I like to thanks the tossers. but don't get me wrong I am all for ant cheats but when a ant cheat get a non cheater banned you have to be pissed hay.

no punkbuster is vicious it bans your cd key you cant login it says you cd key has been band, now a bit of luck a get a new cd key that's not going to help me now I have 9 team mates and I know each one, we are all a paintball team from ,well lets say shooting me cause I and renguard lost 10 of us $15000 cause people don't look into shit before they build

And I'm sure we'll all be sued and RenGuard will be shoved up our asses too. EA hates when people don't cheat in their games. And unless your uncle owns EA, I doubt they will care that this happened just to you.

Guess what - you cheat because I have both installed on my machine and I'm not banned from either...try blaming yourself for getting banned...I've got every game installed on one pc..BF1942/V, SOF I/II, UT2k4, Renegade, RTCW, etc etc and I'm not banned from any and I've installed every release of Renguard...
