I'm not sure if anyone posted this up yet, but olddust of the Renstation forums posted some information of a program that can possibly spell doom to the Renegade servers.

1 lousy packet to take down a server?
WOW
Thats sad.
Anyway, I'm sure that if a router does protect from this "Packet of Impending Doom" (router protects and blocks a lot of things) that most dedicated servers will be able to stand this lone packet.
Or even a software firewall could prevent this if set up correctly, no?
Who here is experiencing these problems?
