I made these a while ago. Nothing much to it, just some extracting, copying, pasting & resizing.
The first is a skin for the board on C&C City. The woman in the solo pic, and the middle of the first pic is Alissa Milano. The other 2 are from the TV series called Charmed.
The other is a green version of the default red background on the title screen/game listings. I think it looks better than the red one. All you do is change the RGB colour settings; this way, you can have a blue version of it too.
The last (which isn't in the picture) is a chemical tank backpack for Mendoza, to go in place of the flame tank backpack he uses. It's the chemical tank that isn't actually used in single player but sits in always.dat.
If you can't extract the file you'll need winRAR, from rarlabs.com. Remember, the pic is in jpg format, so the textures look better in-game. I recommend high texture detail or even anisotropic filtering if your video card can handle it. Hope you like.

lol, half right. I was trying to get a good position for a ss, and didn't look where I was going.
Yea, I've read about drivers that've crashed their cars because they were staring at bus stop billboards with hot women on them.
