Interesting...A random poll on a conservatively-slanted message board.

Oh what the hell...John Kerry.

Um, anyone but Bush...
Since my only other option in this thread is Kerry, I would say Kerry.

For the record, I would vote for my cat before I vote for GW Bush. My cat would do far less damage to the country.

first freakin' post...

Democratic candidate: John Kerry
Green Party candidate: Ralph Nader

Ralph Nader was another option + whoever the Libertarian and Constitutional candidatees may be. Kerry was NOT your only option .
Oh, and that "I'll vote for this guy because I don't like that guy" philosophy may be the worst ever. That's like saying you don't like Idi Amin so you're going to vote for Josef Stalin.

P.S. MrBob, I'll add in the Libertarian and Constitutional candidates if you tell me who they are (too lazy to look them up myself Razz).

A vote for Bush is a vote for terrorism! Razz

I do believe the Republican party has someone WAY better than Bush to offer (come on, even the hardcore Republicans have to admit he has made SOME mistakes), but my loyalties are firm.

Republican all the way!

You can vote for your cat if you want too, after all, in the offical election there is a blank line for you to right a name down a vote for, so just jote your cats name down on that blank and selecte the vote on that, since your not going to vote bush and you appear to think Kerry isn't the wiser of the 2 either.

I would be funny as h3ll if a cat did get voted to office by some random and completely unorthidox event. It will never happen, but at least it could make a funny Comidy Central gag. And the winner of the pers. election, Gizbotvas Cat!

*the crowd cheers*
*Bush and Kerry look at each other in dismay and say "WHAT IN THE H3LL?!"*

Hmm, like who? About the only thing George W. Bush has done that I disapprove of is the humungous budget he submitted to Congress which then overspends on everything in the already too large budget. That medicare bill he signed into law was the worst action he has done during his presidency as there should be no welfare, medicare or social security government-funded programs at all.

But that's about it. His economic policies have brought us out of the Clinton recession and the War on Terrorism is going better than expected. His massive spending habits are about the only bad things that I see in him.

Oh, so this is why the Liberals and Democrates are so upset then. I always thought they focused to much on money. Granted I have to agree that Bush needs to spend money much wiser, but the bases of the Liberals and Democrates lack of support seems to souly be based on money. Did you know that a lot of times when money is wasted, it is due more to a lack of co-operation and a profesionsy of backstabing and mistrust, as well as desires to element political compitistion? Really, people are just throughing money away just to cause sinsless betrayal and finger pointing, whining about other people and their faults, rather then supporting them and taking reasponsability for their own actions.

Oh, so this is why the Liberals and Democrates are so upset then.

Actually, the Democrats want to spend even more money on failed social programs like welfare. The Democrats are upset at Bush for doing so well as a president and are looking for anything they might be able to make an issue out of. Before it was the War on Terrorism, but with the success Bush has had with it, it is no longer an issue. Now it's the economy and jobs, but both are improving drastically, but the Democrats will do their best to degrade the success of the economy just so they would have an issue to use against George Bush.

If both of the moron politicians would spend less money on ads bashing the other and more on building up credentials for themselves...

Kerry changes his mind too damn often to be a reliable choice. Bush may not be the best president ever, but at least you know where you stand with him. And given the rather hectic nature of world events during his presidency, I think he's doing better than could be expected.

Note that I think most politicians on the political scene now are piles of shit who are interested more in themselves than in the country...the people who need to be in office are the people who don't want to be there.[/disclaimer]

Yeah, but this happens while Kerry has an ad where he cast the "deciding vote" that created 20 million jobs (even though it was BOB Kerrey, not him... then misses something where his vote actually would have helped.
