Just feel how hot the Cable modem and Router are.
If either of them are fairly hot, put them in the fridge for a bit untill they cool down, hook them back up, restart your PC and see if it works.
I'm thinking that if you just came back from school or something, nobody would have touched anything or changed a setting, and heat could have simply gotten to it.

How about you turn your system back a week or so (no files will be lost).
Also, Comcast cannot charge you for having other PCs on your network. How will they know, unless you tell them like a fucktard? It's your router, Their your PCs, It's your money. In all rights, Comcast cannot do that, it's just wrong. They can never find out, unless you tell them, so don't.

I tryed the system restore already... Didn't work.
Also Comcast can know without you telling them. I'm not sure exactly how they do it, but it seems to be some kind of scan comming from the ISP itself. I'm sure, because I saw the scan myself on netstat, and they called me the next day to tell me I own them 5$ more every month.

YAY! I got it to work! No idea how I did though... I just unplugged the ethernet cable that connects the modem to the router, and plugged it back in. *shrug* Thank you guys for trying to help me, it means alot to me.

I checked the available networks. For my network it showed up, but said it was unavailable. 
Also there was another network named "newton". It says I can connect to it, but it doesn't work ether. I am assuming this may be a neighbor??? I'll take some screenshots if you guys want, and post them when I get to school. Right now I'm at a freinds house. Also if any of you know burnalot (aka vgunnerv) or matrix-hax could you tell them. They are way oldbies like me, so some of you should know them. Thanks.
