does brbot have to be on the same server as the fds?
if it dont have to be on the same server.
how can i make it work on a remote server?

Under Linux, I can think of ways of using it on a remote server by mounting the logfile directory to your local box and accessing renrem remotly.

Maybe that works on Windows too.

You need the Renegade Logfiles on a accessable network drive. Mapping a ftp site to a network drive isn't going to work, this is not a real network drive, and you can't tail files there properly.
