The Sniper.
An anti infantry light vehicle repelling unit. Many people argue about why snipers should effect vehicles at all. Havocs and sakuras shoot jet propelled shells. Deadies and balck hand shoot armor piercing rounds. Think for a minute. A helicopter flies over, a sniper shoots, the bullet pierces the armor, destroys equipment, maybe hits the pilot, the heli explodes. the vehicle has a much better chance of killin the sniper than vice versa. the sniper's only asving grace is its ability to hide. If you expect a sniper to be in an area then buy a more heavily armored tank that snipers DONT affect. In fact I think that if a humvee drove about and got hit by a sniper then its over for the hummer. If you disagree with this, then think harder. The sniper vehicle efffect belongs in renegade.

NOW, MOST of the SNIPER population DO NOT SNIPE in AOW games! I MEAN HELLO WAKE UP HERE, EVEN if you where a n00b and you got killed by a tank with a sniper 100 times, I think that N00B would BRIGHTEN UP! UNLESS that PERSON is a RETARD! :twisted: (no offence)

snipbravo, sniper rifles do not total humvees. Big guns total humvees. Or lots of little bullets total humvees. Helicopters do not explode when small pieces of lead pass through them, unless a gas tank is hit. Which is why helicopters have plenty of armor around gas tanks. And there's a reason snipers dont hunt helicopters in real life. Helicopters fly high. Helicopters [modern ones at least] have enhanced modes of vision. Helicopters kill everything with DU machine guns. DU machine gun bullets travel quite far. They weigh a lot. DU BULLETS KILL TANKS IN NUMBERS AND WEIGH TOO DAMN MUCH TO BE SHOT FROM A RIFLE!!!!!
