Okay, I get the whole part of everyone in a game must have Renguard to play but what if all the players have Renguard but the host doesn't. Does the host get booted and causes Server Shutdown?

You cannot host games with RenGuard by hosting from inside renegade.
RenGuard is for Dedicated Servers only.
It is unlikely that if a host hosts a RG server he him/herself doesnt have it btw Razz

if the host doesnt have renguard, the server will not be affected at all
