It's wotde in Manchester, they really know how to do "good cop, bad cop" there. I'd come across a couple on the beat when one of them comes along and has a joint or 2 with me using confiscated goods (he needed me to roll for him), now that bit wasn't too bad but his mate stood next to him with an MP5...

I have had some funny encounters with coppers. The best ones are the blokes who have been on the job for too long and are past caring.
- oh and why is it so absurd for ANYONE to need a fucking "racial equality commission."
hmm I wonder... perhaps we were created equal, and should always have the right to be equal... even if a few people believe otherwise...

Aircraftkiller | The actual humor is that it's absurd for ANYONE to need a fucking "racial equality commission."
Fuck that shit, let society work itself out, "omg lets make everyone equal when they're obviously not!"

Agreed.
Anyway, like IRON-FART said, in America a cop isn't required (in most cases) to pull you over for speeding. The police here usually pull over people who do the "in and out" driving.
Chances are if you go 10+ mph over the speed limit you may get pulled over. It all depends where you are. If you're going 75+ mph in a 65 mph zone on I-95 in VA (really busy), you probably won't get pulled over. However, if you're going 35 mph in a 25 mph zone, you will most likely get pulled over. I think the most strict places when it comes to driving are empty roads (like 301 or I-64), small rural towns, military bases, and work zones.
God is the "0wnage". Plain and Simple.

No, equality is for the government and how it relates to the US.
Equality is not a universal human standard or quality, if it was, we'd all look, dress, act, and speak alike.
Learn to embrace being human instead of try to be what you aren't. Being human also includes disliking others for reasons beyond "idiocy" or anything intellectual, it can also include how someone looks, acts, or really anything at all.
So what? Is it bad to dislike others? No, not really. Is it bad to attack people and try to hurt them? Yeah, it is.
Let the government treat everyone equally, since we all pay taxes (Or we're supposed to, anyway), but stay the fuck out of social affairs and let people talk how they want to.

If she was going just 1 or 2 MPH more she would've lost her licence and as a result, probably her job too. Luckily she got away with just getting 3 points on.

Where did this happen?

England, UK (keeping it on topic with "Why British Coppers are funny"). ![Razz](images/smiley_icons/icon_razz.gif)
The average would've been taken to 100 mph and over, which in this country is an instant driving license ban. Give or take a few mph, the same happens if you are going twice the legal speed limit (i.e 60 in a 30 zone).
