If you can, search for AIDA32. As of one week ago, its website went down (its creator moving on). But if you can find ot off download.com or something go for it. It's not web based, but it is one of the best and comprehensive programs out there.
It even does some benchmarking. Looks like its new site also offers free software to do this.
EDIT: Actually go for the one on the website called "Everest". It's the same thing practically. Just a name change.
