Ovbiously, they don't have access to everyone's system, so, they can't be sure it works on everyone's system. Have you tried asking for support in the Renguard support channel? mac could provide you with a beta that may help crashing issues.

How about you sign up for beta testing, and grab the 1.02RC3 build? Try it. This is what the test is for. If you do help us, we can't fix your bug.
