I have serveral news stations call the country Qatar "cutter" and ONLY "cutter." Yet some people still seem to believe it somehow creates a g sound making it "gutter." Is it just me or is Nodbugger crazy??

I thought it was pronounced like "kah-tar, kuh-tar"
