I think in the next version of RG, the installer should add 2 desktop shortcuts:

One to run Renegade with RG (game.exe), and another to run Renegade in normal mode.

I've done that on my comp, just go into the Renegade directory, after installing RenGuard. Then right click game2.exe & then copy, then go to the desktop, right click, & then paste shortcut, then just rename the shortcut to anything. My shortcuts are RenGuard (Renegade.exe as target) & Renegade (game2.exe as target). Very Happy
