I know rengaurd works i did zunnie's idea and it worked

I got to the rengaurd1.01 screen and it said

no wol nickname blah blah blah so how do u fix that?

secondly,

i clicked on the renegade button anyway

and this error message appered

Could not find game2.exe - entry point
The procedure entry point ?Detect_Bandwith@@YAKKKHAAHAAKKPAUtBandtestSettingsStruct @@PAD>@Zcould not be located in the dynamic link library BandTest.dlll.

Any ideas on how to fix this would be great Very Happy

GSA Will pass the nick to RenGuard when you join a server.

On WOL its a little more complicated.

To let RG know your nick, you must after installing RG login onto WOL with your nick. And then you must restart Renegade and RenGuard so that RG detects your nick.

-Download this file
- Extract it to your Renegade Dir
- Delete the Game2.exe which is already there
- Rename the "english_game.exe" to Game2.exe
- Now retry.

Check if a file called "BandTest.dll" is in your Renegade dir, if no then download it, its in original state this file so dont worry. [/edit]
