im not sure i have norton antivirus security by symantec corp.

Read the help file that comes with your firewall?
I dont use this Norton so i cant help you with that but im 100% sure that Norton's (online) manual can.

I use norton and haven't had any proboems. Just allow game.exe and game2.exe to access the internet as well as the RG application. Then there are no problems. (at least from my end)
