How can you say that? I took the server offline and nobody is playing. Also, take note, in the morning, my server was full, yet yours was empty. Everyone who joined said they hadn't enjoyed a game that good in a long time. When I asked why more than one said "no asshole admins". The thing you lack on your servers is a friendly community. Simply because you insist on gloating your ego.

That theme comes with e107, the CMS Serenity and I are using. I have nothing bad to say about Renwarz, I'm quite good friends with Milfy  (Serenity).

Actually yes you are, how can it be proven that you are the same person somone claims to be. I'm not sure about Australlian law, But I damn well know about US law esp. LA law. The intent online can be considered to be caprious. But like I said I don't know anything about Australian law so maybe me and AOD should submit this to the prosecuting party :twisted:

I read the legal breif. The 2 parties are in the US so where does Austrillia come into play?
I would have tried to kept it in the state court, who pushed it to go into a Federal Court you are the prosecution?
