Could you Please
Release a Help File for a step by Step Idiot guide to help people install the SSC on a C&C Renegade server that as nothing i:e BRENBOT etc on it
including a Recommended Config setting
and Exactly where the File should be put etc

u need to set the configfile brenbot.cfg in your brenbot folder.. after that it'll connect to an irc channel and will it work correctly..also you need to know which renrem settings you've got so you can setup these in brenbot.cfg..
after that it should work.. ps: rtfm

Are you still having this problem? Make sure that you have no extra line breaks in the config file, and that you have a renlog_date.txt in your Renegade directory.

yes crimson i'm still having problems i checked for line breaks & there is none, btw its the stand alone version i'm trying to install on my Dedi server as i don't have Brenbot installed,would i be better installing Brenbot 1st you think?

i uploaded the stand alone version onto my dedicated server, kicked my rene server up then the SSC server & this is all i get,probally something simple i have missed etc
