Hello

My problem happens after i have installed renguard. The installation gos without a hitch but, when I go to load Renegade or goin a game in gamespy, the curser turns to a hourglass for a few seconds then that is it. I am told a splash screen is supposted to load and that is where you load renegade but i don't get the splash screen.

Please Help me

I know I've probably said this 3 times and seems like dumb advice but the problem with programs not running often can be rectified with a system restart. Try that :-\

I have tryed a restart. I have also ran Windoctor (A utility that detecs and repairs bugs in windows)

Mine did the same thing...it wouldnt connect to WOL and I was like wtf...then I remembered the thing that I myself typed into the readme.txt. I hit alt-tab and sure enough my firewall was asking me if it should let the new game.exe and game2.exe talk to the internet Smile

I would guess its the same problem you are having.

i had a probleme with it when it was updating but when the update was done it worked great for me

ain't hear me complaining

Just to say thank you. I have now sorted the problem. I guess it was the updating bit but since I have a v fst machine I guess i have grown a bit impatient.
