I'm not sure what skins are allowed and not allowed. I'd like to know if skins from the following site are on the safe list.

http://www.black-cell.net If you check the forums there are many skins in there.
And is the blue tiberium mod allowed?

I repeat:
No skins have to be approved - if you are joining a "pure server", you may not have any skins at all.
Only thing that has to be approved are model replacements.
