I am supposed to make a wepage for my freind and i started on the layout earlier today and this is what i got to wut do you think? Critisism Please!!

The text is very hard to read...I love the style of it, but I had to take a few minutes to decifer that the text was Unforgiven. It was mainly how the "n"s were made. I'd say make those "n"s a bit more natural, but still keep the style.
Also, depending on the text you put into your left nav, it might be too small. Try it with the text to make sure everything fits.
The border is very clean and defined. However, the text and the doll are not. IMHO, the layout lacks unity. Try the border in the same kind of style as the text and doll. It might look better. If that doesn't work, try to find some other way to unify the layout. As of not, either the clean border is out of place, or the gungy, inky look of the text and doll are out of place.
Keep improving it; it will pay off with the final project

Well I had no trouble reading the text. And I just love the look of it. How did you make that? Is it just a font?
Anyway there isn't a lot to criticise...But the only thing I would definately change are the white lines. Rough those up a bit.

B:) Yes the text is cool in a way, if you like staring at something for 10 min to see what the hell it says CHANGE THAT DEFINTLY
C:) IF you dont change the text do what they said to unify it use a rough line instead of plain white
D:) Try to fill in the black spots more with sometthing, it its a design site an affiliates block accross the bottom would be good for buttons and such.
Other than fixing those good work, love ethat litte doll thingy.
