i want to place a rectangle square cut out of the door thru my box to create a room....i set the box as op-a then i try to set door as op-b and then subtract A-b but nothing happens.....if i subtract b from a then it disappears and works the way it should.
Do i not convert to editable mesh or convert to editable mesh?
do i add more segments?
Can someone give me a simple step by step procedure fore this process?

1. Make your room.
2. Create any shape you want, put it inside the room the way you want.
3. Select the room.
4. Go to Compounds under the Create tab.
5. Make sure the "Subtract A-B" radio button below is selected.
6. Click the "Pick Operand B" button at the top.
7. Click the other shape that you made, It cuts the hole.
8. Click off of it.
9. Rinse and repeat.
