i think you get this question pretty often but i never read that question so here goes

can someone give me an estimate of how long it's still gonna take to get the renguard program ready ?

a week , month , year...?

If they set a deadline, then they may have to cut some stuff out of it so it will be released on time. An open-ended release date gives the RenGuard team time to get the entire thing right before it ever gets released. When you make a program like this, any errors in the programming can have drastic effects and possibly fuck up your entire computer! :twisted:

I understand that Renguard is not their #1 priority in life and since they're doing this for free they can release it whenever they want and no one should have a cow over it...

But it would be nice to have an update even if the update is that there hasn't been any work done on it in the past two weeks. I just would like to know because well I'm just a very curious person.
