I know a lot of people are asking for a FDS serial. I registered one along time ago and have no use for it. If someone wants it tell me their server specifications. Depending on the one i like the most i will give them my serial.

I would be VERY greatfull if I could use it.

My server is a 24-player modded Capture The Flag server. I use vloktboys script along with my own modifications to make it very fun to play.

The server runs on a 2MB line with no lag.

The server computers specs are:

2.4 GHZ P4
512MB DDR Memory
Windows 2000 Professional

Again, I would really appreciate this serial.
You can contact me if you need to via Private Message.

could u pm me the serial too. I dont think letting 2 or more ppl with the same serial stops u from running the server. My friends tried it before but then they lost the serial and i couldnt get it

Before you guys go about trying to con my serial out of him: 2 or more servers cant run on the same serial. I've tried. If you get it it's not gonna be a use to you because my server is the first one up and autorestarts in less that 30 seconds if connection is lost etc Razz

Look into hosting a new game.. you dont want that big ole' 64-bit processor being wasted by using a 32 bit application.

I read that a 64-bit processor still yields performance gains for 32-bit applications because it is more efficient.

Still, he wouldnt be using the processor to its full potential.

No, but it would still yield a performance gain.

I'll list a couple reasons why I wouldn't consider it.

1. Never stated your operating sysem. I know Windows 2000 Professional is extremely stable.

2. It's not an AMD 64 Bit 3200+. It's an AMD Athlon 64 3200+.

3. He is going to run a CTF server, which I may be wrong, but you know nothing about.

4. Renegade isn't that resource demanding in game. Maybe for servers I don't know. When i alt+tab it says something like 90 megabytes.

5. You are new here, so am I, but i trust him more.

6. Use the server for a more demanding game like Half-Life 2 when it comes out or Unreal Tounament 2004.

I've said my peace
