Nice boxes.
Me, I have only one computer.
Intel motherboard of some kind (dont know what model)
Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.40GHz (runs everything I throw at it)
512mb RAM
40gb hard disk (although now that I have a broadband connection and I am downloading so much crap, mabie I need more disk space... Or mabie I just need more blank CDs to burn whatever crap I dont need right now onto Smile
NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440
LiteOn 32x12x40x CD recorder (I haver no need for a DVD driver, if I wanted one for watching video DVDs, I would buy a proper DVD player and there arent that many data DVDs that arent also available on CD)
1.44 mb floppy (although its broken last I checked unfortunatly)
Standard keyboard (the kind with the Windows Keys on it)
Microsoft USB IntelliMouse Optical (Mice are about the only thing Microsoft makes thats good)
OzStick single arcade stick (for all the retro arcade games, it may also help with my Tony Hawk Pro Skater scores Smile
Logitech MOMO Racing Force Feedback Wheel (that I still havent bothered to take out of the box and play with yet Smile
17 Inch CRT (I wouldnt mind a 17 Inch LCD but they are still so expensive that its not worth it)
on-motherboard 10/100 LAN connection for connecting to LANs (e.g. at LAN parties)
802.11b Wireless LAN connection to connect to our AP (which then connects to the 512k DSL connection)
TV tuner card (currently non-working) that lets you watch TV on your PC
Creative Vibra 128 Sound Card
a set of DKL speakers + subwoofer.

/me wonders if he can count his MD-981 MIDI keyboard as a "computer item"... (well it does plug into the computer... Smile

Yeah, nice computers, I like that case, I'd pick one up if I could find anywhere that sells it over here.

My PC is only an Athlon 2000+ with 768 MB RAM but it handles eveything I throw at it. I have a Hauppauge TV card that I use to get freeview + the ATI Remote wonder.

/me hops on the bandwagon.

AMD Athlon XP 2400+
1024 MB PC-2700 DDR RAM
GeForce4 Ti4800SE
19 inch Viewsonic VG-191 LCD Monitor
100GB HD
40GB HD
8x DVD player (the ownage, I know )

And Blazer bought all of those things for me. Razz

I also lease two servers for Renegade:

Server 1:
Dual 2.4 ghz Xeon processors
1024 MB RAM
80GB HD
40GB HD
(Runs n00bsvr02 (aka Crimson79) - n00bsvr06)

Server 2:
Pentium 4 - 2.8 ghz
1024 MB RAM
80GB HD
(Runs n00bsvr01 and n00bsvr08)

Server 3: (will be decommissioned any minute now since I stopped paying and they stopped charging at the end of February)
Celeron 2.4 ghz
512 MB RAM
40GB HD
(Runs n00bsvr07, used to be n00bsvr01)
(This box sucks)

And that doesn't count the other computers at the house... Blazer and I both have IBM T30 laptops from work, We have a computer in the living room for general usage and another in the office (so we can have up for 4 people playing Renegade not counting the laptops)... we have a Cisco router connected to a 24-port Cisco switch managing the home network. There's also another shitty 8-port switch on the other side of the office, and another 8-port switch on top of the TV to connect our Replay TV and XBox to the internet, plus you can use your laptop in front of the TV and connect it to that switch, or just connect to our Linksys wireless AP. Smile

Basically, we are geeks and proud of it.

I'm the bawss.

Well, I guess I could post the specs of my desktop and laptop.

Desktop:

AMD Athlon XP 2100+ (1.73 GHz)
1024 MB DDR 2700 RAM
30 GB HD - For Windows. I now have a redundant 120 GB SATA drive because my Asus A78NX Delux is a hunk of shite with it's shit SATA controller that causes corruption problems.
80 GB HD - For storing all my files, MP3s and all the crap downloaded from the net.
Radeon 9700 Pro 128 MB - Nice and fast, but seems to fuck up when I play the Far Cry demo.
Sound Blaster Live - Can't remeber anything else about it, also have an on-board soundcard.
TV Card
IDE Exspansion card
CD/RW 52x/48x/52x
DVD-ROM 16x/40x
CD-ROM 56x

Laptop

AMD Athlon 2400+ XP-M
256 MB DDR 266 - Really need another stick of 256 MB.
30 GB HD
ATI Mobile graphics thing - Uses shared memory.
CD-RW/DVD Combo drive - Not sure of the speed.

I just picked up a Scorpio case for a computer fair. They had it on display and it looked great, I had to get one as I needed to replace my beige box. Only cost me £48, which is a good deal for a case considering it includes a 420W PSU (2 fans), 3 case fans and front audio/usb/firewire.

I plugged it in, without any components hooked up and you can barly hear it with all 5 fans running. The Blue LED fan on the side looks cool. I was thinking of going for the silver version but the black looks much better.
