Well, my dad is working on a project and thought it would be cool to have the Unreal Tournament taunts, or sounds in it. If you do really well it says Godlike or something like that, but I can't find the sound files in any directory so I was wondering where are they, and how would I extract them because I'm assuming it's like Renegade in the way that the game has all the sounds skins ETC in one big file. I would like to know the name of this file, and how t extract the files out if possible. Thank You in advance.

Those are in the file .uax files. The process is sort of lengthy but here is a thread taht will get you started.

You must have Ut2k3 to use UED; the sounds can be extraxted from there.

View/Show Sound Browser

it should open to the sounds folder if not BRowse until you find it open the .uax file you want and go.

I have a taunt for my Correction3.wav Razz

I was making a map that changed some of the sounds, using unreal weapon sounds. I also was planning to make it use the annoucer, but my computer died Sad

i tried this UED thing.. all i could find was a lod of comfusing webpages n shit

anybody got a link to a working .exe of it.. or just send me the ripped sounds please Razz

Its UnrealEd follow the directions in the second post I made
