I've downloaded renalert and I've installed it well. I've also updated it to version 0992. but when I want to play renalert, I get an error. I've also checked the readme, it said I had to download the vb 6 runtimes. I've downloaded the VB 6 runtimes. but it doesn't work. I still get an error when I want to play renalert. does anyone know how so solve this problem?

Try copying your game.exe(I think?) from your Renegade folder, put it into your RenAlert folder.

Actually, I had the same problem too. Do what rm5248 said and copy the game.exe from your Renegade folder to your Renalert folder.
By the way, I only had to download .991 and then the .992 patch, so .9915 isn't needed.
