Yes you can, it's only a little program called ObjectDock, I find it really useful. The blurred thing is obviusly something that shouldn't fall into the wrong hands...

It only works on Xp and 2000 but its nice. Takes a while to set up though if you want a custom monitor like I use. There are predefined ones available also.

I just had to play around with it untill I got it how I wanted.
