I too have had these problems ever since the most recent crash of WOL. Not sure what it is but as with you, my FPS is steadily 30-40 (as it always is), my pings range from 80-150 on every server, and my KBPS is also normal. I also do that "sbbo <# here>" that Crimson suggested in another thread and still have these problems. It's almost unplayable at times. I did notice the last time I played though that these were hardly noticable... haven't had time since to play to see if it was just a one time deal or if it is not an issue for me anymore.

Edit: forgot to mention I'm on cable... Smile
