can i use brenbot whitout a fds serial?

if i can, can someone help me set it up?
caus i dont have anny experiance whit it @ all

No. The bot is made to regulate the FDS, and the FDS will not work without an FDS serial.

its for wol

but i maneged to get a serial

and i can fire up a server but i cant fire up brenbot :S

this is what brenbot askes from me:

port= anything (7001)
remotehost= 127.0.0.1
remotepassword= whatever pass you want (match it in server.ini)

in server.ini be sure to leave remoteip= blank

i got it connecting to mirc and to wol

if i leave the renrem setings to default
but if i change them to other ports brenbot crashes

and none of the commands work not even the kick thing for sniper servers
but i think that has to be the prob i have whit the ports


anny suggestions?

in server.ini leave IP blank and sync the pass and port with the ones set in brenbot.cfg file

hmm it wasnt that
but i figured it out
my pass had numbers in it (dunno if this is a godd thing but when i changed it it went better)

and the ports i used didnt go whit me pc

4848 seems to work fine tho Smile

its a 10 player server it l be online when im gone (mostly saterday)
its a sniping server [il change that now and then]
its on wol euro its caled PHxSnpSrv whit the game name -Phoenix- Sniper Server joint anny time Smile
