Ever since I installed the RenAlert patch, something funny is going on with the WOL listings. When I first log on, I can clearly see the list of servers. But only after I enter a server and leave, the WOL server list disappears, and I can't click the Refresh button. The ONLY way to see the server list again is to go all the way back to the main menu, and relogin all over again. This is true with RenAlert games as well.

WOL has been acting like that ever since the last server crash. Well, for me anyway. I don't think your problem lies within RenAlert, just WOL.
