I heard about a plugin that will let you export to a .x file. Anybody know where to find it?

the gmax model, and no it's not possible, to export it from gmax you'd need to export it to w3d and import it into 3dsmax. Then you re-export it as .x

And whats wrong with doing that? You can do that so how is it not possible?

And 3dsMax can read .gmax files anyway. Just import a .gmax file from within 3dsmax. so .gmax>.max>.x

First download on that page.
Thats the .w3d>.max converter
There is one for .w3d>.gmax
And 3dsmax can import .gmax files.

The only one I wanna get my hands on though is .max>.w3d
