changing the profile to a different vehicle would help, i usually change it to Nod Apache if its a large vehicle, its the only way i know. btw u do that in level edit. just goto the vehicles settings tab, and under the Profile text box u can type in the profile of a vehicle in renegade, and the camara will be set to that vehicles camara. i dont really remember completely, i havnt played around with the ren tools for a while. Im not really good at explaining things, but i hope that helped.
but its upto ack if he wants the camara a bit farther away or not.
