You can move the taskbar around.
Right click it. Uncheck "lock taskbar"
Click on it and drag.

How did you get Micrsoft to look like that? I've got that theme for StyleXP, but the bar was on the buttom and there wasn't that quick start thing on the buttom.

It's used for Modding Halo PC and other neat things. I don't cheat...

Actually that Halo PC trainer is used for cheating (I remember how the icon looks) . . . I downloaded that exact trainer so that I could win Legendary and see the funny movie at the end. I don't know whether or not the trainer works for multiplay, but it does give you a lot of different cheats EX. inf ammo, inf health, all guns, time stop, and other things. I admit that I cheated in single player on legendary to se the funny movie at the end, but I do not cheat online . . . I find it more fun not to cheat because when you do cheat there is no challenge at all and that gets really really boring after a while.
