Noticed a little while ago, that no emoticon smilies are animating here... it's just this website.
These two in particular, i'm sure they used to animate. Weird thing is, they animate just fine when i save them to my computer.
On other sites, GIFs animate perfectly.

I think it goes done to what browser you use. Also, Zone Alarm is crap, I hate it, and it kept blocking sites so I got rid of it.

You must have done something wrong, works just fine for me.

Just use google tool bar
A) It's Free
B) It blocks spammy pop-ups and not important stuff
C) If it blocks important stuff just CTRL-click the link again
D) No spyware
E) You get to use Google without going to http://www.google.com (yah, big woop, I know)

Given the difficulty of defining the domestic security interest, the danger of abuse in acting to protect that interest becomes apparent. --U.S. Supreme Court decision (407 U.S. 297 (1972)
