cliche. what d'you reckcon? could be fun? it means engineers can't heal buildings, would add interesting strategies to it.. cheaper units might be used to hit the enemy, since the short damage they do counts. rocket soldiers would actually be used. You'd have to defend harder but attack easier, I s'pose.
