On November 21st 2003, I've upgraded my computer, by adding a new processor, and new memory.

(CPU) 1-AMD Athlon™ XP 2400+, 1991MHz, 256KB

(RAM) usage: 218/512MB

Before, I had an AMD Duron 900MHZ, and 256mb of memory [321mhz (or something) instead of DDR]

Everything is compatible, and I've even let a professional install it for free, as I heard that AMD Processors were fragile.

And there isn't any heating problems, we've also replaced the fan.

I don't know what's wrong...

I mean, I put my Renegade CD in my CD Drive, everything's ok...I can access the menus, but when I'm on-line...Or just playing alone, the game will crash within' 3-1 seconds.

I doubt that it's an internal bug, as it's only doing that for Renegade...I think it's something about the settings, but what? I haven't toutched anything.

I'm going to contact the technician to see he knows what's wrong.

But maybe someone here knows what's wrong...So...

I suck cock and love it... absolutely love it. And I just got banned for being too immature to be allowed to post here.

Esactly the same PC as me, exactly the same problem I had...

Upgrade EVERY driver sound, graphics, and any others you have.

Get all the windows updates.

Play the game and its should work properly again...

If not it may be the same as my friends, wait it out for a few games and it will be fine after (took him 5 games till it stopped).
