I don't normally download things like this but I found this and it works great. It is a popup killer for IE and olny uses system resources when IE is running and unlike most it doesn't slow things down. Also it doesn't block purposly created popoups like when you click a link. You install it and it just does it's job without you having to do anything. Best of all it's FREE and has no adware/spyware. You can set an allow list or different levels but I found it works great.

I'm having a problem with Google toolbar. I activate it but every new website I visit, the toolbar disappears when the page is loaded? I have to right click & enable it all over again & again. It seems not to disappear if I click it to allow popups. I have 3 profiles on my PC though, and on someone else's profile, it doesn't disappear there. I reinstalled it and still it happens. I have e-mailed Google Support about this a week ago and nothing doing. Anyone know the problem?
