one day when i was playing, i log in and it says my password is incorrect. so, i go to the non-automatic login and my password has an extra character. but when i try and change it the box that says remember my password is non-unclickable and my password is the same. i tried erasing my name, which is the only thing i cant unerase, and then type the password then the name but that doesnt work. what do i do?

Good luck: EA support is an oxymoron. I just changed my nickname and my old one keeps popping up and then it says I have an invalid password.
I fixed it by going to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Westwood\Renegade\WOLSettings\Logins and deleting the old account. You may want to try the same thing and then re-input your login and password.

BTW, Westwood's new user login signup NEVER sends an e-mail confirmation back to auth. it and tech support, again, is useless and did not answer me why this is happening.
