I got my first name "gunrun01" from the picture of gunner on the wol sign up page run due to *um forgot and the 01 part to get it to sound good. later i changed I got more like gunrun02 gunrun03 gunrun04 becouse i was trying to make a clan like the +HS+ becouse it was a popular clan at the time with the snipe01hs and other crap. later on i decided to make yet an other name a original gunrun name called "xxxgunrun" then i got my clan idea again and made "xxgunrun"(AIM user name) and xgunrun. well yet again i wanted a "original" name so i made Newgunrun(this spined of to oldgunrun the n00b cheater) which i have used for the 2nd year of ren. I got TheGunrun so i could be reconized for u folks.(1year and still win'n)

well my SN for ren is fosaken, since I was trying to get forsaken but it was taken and I don't like a lot of digits in my name, and somehow I was trying different spellings of forsaken and one time left out the r by accident and got fosaken, so I was like what the hell looks alright. The good thing about it is most people now call me "fo" or "fos" for short, and "fos" sounds better than "for"

Kamdaki1 SN came from one of the names of the gaurdians on Tenchi Muyo (one of ayekas wooden gaurd dudes, azaka and kamdaki), and it was already taken so I put a 1 and looks just as good. Also I was able to get azaka before anyone else

My name came from my friend Jiggarozz, he first got the game. So i figured i would match and become Jiggacozz.

But, since I too was once a n00b, i thought that ladder would never restart. So I changed it and put a "K" in it, and it became JiggakoZz.

From there more of my friends started to play, and we were all Jiggaz:

Jiggafes
Jiggamac
Jiggarozx
Jigganate
Jiggalix
Jiggaurin

Now its just me and fes, so I renamed myself Numb3r0ne.

Infinint = A miss spelled word dirived from the word infinite

infinite = Having no boundaries or limits. without limit in power, capacity, knowledge, or excellence; boundless; immeasurably or inconceivably great; perfect; as, the infinite wisdom and goodness of God.

My name originated from my good IM buddy UmbralX. At first I didn't know what Umbral meant, and he told me it was Latin for "shadow". So I said what the hell, and dubbed myself Umbral927 in WOL. The 927 is totally random. I eventually started to look up other Latin words, and found Flareus, which meant "fire". So...

Umbral = shadow
Flare = flame, fire
Dela = of

Umbral_DelaFlare = "shadow of the flame"

I'm thinking of changing the name to Flareus_Umbral, or "flame of shadows". Both names sound good though. Wink Very Happy

I guesstimate about 2 people (that I don't know in person) know where it came from...

Anyone who can guess gets a cookie Shocked

Hint: It has nothing to do with Taxis or Taxes.

I got mine from Need for Speed. A computer driver, Wild1, kept beating me. The name kinda stuck as it is the exact opposite of me, most of the time. :twisted:

in Red Alert 2 i sucked so bad at the start i lost my first 10-15 tournies. It got to the point that I felt like i hated to win, therefore i created H8towin which i thot looked stupid so I made Hate2Win instead and i grew to love it and get this, I FINALLY WON A TOURNEY AFTER USING THE NAME for 3-4 games Smile .

MADtankge was just a test name to see what it took to get the blue badge in yuri's revenge, which turned out it could be done in 20 wins easy.

Tr0janM4n was just me looking for a change and a name to add to the sleight-of-hand clan my DOPE buddies made to throw people off beat when we clan battled.

Well, a long time ago I saw this commercial for this toy called Yano. It looks like yoda, but diffrent. I made fun of the commercial all the time and often imatated the voice. Then I got attached to the name, when playing Renegade I first use "JDM4302" but then I forgot the password or some thing like that and BAM! "Yano7" was born Cool

hmm, well, as one person already asked me in a private message. At first glance, you may think that I created it because I lost someone (grieve) in '92. That probably would have made more sense, but its actually quite simple. Griever is a character name of a Summon in Final Fantasy VIII (Cool, I just slapped the 92 on the end cause it sort of a a catchy sound (i think...)

Well there you have it, the story behind the name Griever92

Very Happy
