Its alrite, could do with some tidying up and better construction, its just boxes, work on it a bit more.
In the end it doesn't matter if you are who you say you are. You will still mean nothing to me.
When i have kids, everytime i drive past a fast food restaurant, im gonna punch my kid in the face, then they'll never wanna come..

It looks alright. It looks very simple.
Make all of the left and right blocks the same size (like 150 pixels (or the width of the widest block)
Align everything in the center, it just looks messed up when you have everything except for the ads aligned to the left.
Put the same blue border around the title banner

And negative constructive criticism is not flaming.
If you take everything that isn't a complement as flaming than you shouldn't be showing stuff off in the first place.

Loose the banner at the top saying "team ground Level" It needs a redesign as it looks bad. The new one should have a balck background and include the blue you used for the tables in it somewhere so it looks in place. Also is there any way you can loose some of the ads? Normally if you get hosted you are only required to have one banner or a frame or something. If you was told that you need a banner then only add one - you don't need one at the footer too.
