This confused me earlier:

<command name="plugins">
    <syntax value="!load_plugin &lt;plugin&gt;"/>
  </command>

  <command name="plugin_load">
    <syntax value="!load_plugin &lt;plugin&gt;"/>
  </command>

The syntax need changing to reflect the commands. Thanks!
