This occurred just after I placed a mine.

I've seen it a bunch of times, but never since having TT installed.

Looks like the human anim state has become corrupted somehow. I've never seen that myself, stock or otherwise.

Looks like he fell into the map a little bit. Like when you hug the rocky walls behind the GDI Barracks on C&C_Mesa. There's a spot there which causes you to fall into the map a bit like in the video.
