Firstly, you was banned for using bighead a few years ago, then banned at Jelly for "aimbot". So you haven't had a squeaky clean 5 years gaming as you claim.
Secondly, you was banned with evidence, I don't know why you keep insisting that there's no evidence against you, when there is.
Thirdly, I didn't ban you solely, there was a internal vote and the majority of the staff voted in favour to keep you banned.
Fourthly, TmX doesn't ban players without evidence.
I found your pm on me to IRC highly entertaining, the staff at TmX also think it's hilarious. Thank you for amusing us.

We allowed you to dispute your ban, the overall majority of moderators voted in favour of keeping you banned. We allowed you back to irc until you started causing trouble and mentioning cheats in our #tmx game channel which I warned you about before hand, you ignored us and decided to rage, which earned you a gline.
Congratulations for digging yourself a bigger hole and limiting your chances of being unbanned 10 fold.

Probably not, it was only substantial evidence, various pieces of fraps that gave the impression that he was using triggerbot.
Despite a 12/6 vote to keep him banned, the owner Reloaded overruled and has unbanned him with the following conditions attached:

You:
-Will fraps and upload every game you play in our server.
-Will play on the nick NLsRene.
-Will follow the rules and won't insult any other players or moderators.
-Won't use any skins.

These conditions will rule untill the majority of our community believes your innocence.
Post your fraps movies in a reply and include the fulldate + timezone.
Post a reply with "I agree" and your ban will be removed.
