Recruit

i wanted to reinstall renegade but apparently the TT site wont let me download the client

it says network error but i can download the other stuff just not the installer

anyone else has this problem or just me?

Sounds like you may have to disable your AV temporarily.
Also see http://www.renegadeforums.com/index.php?t=msg&th=39331&start=0& . If your AV is not listed there and temporarily disabling it solves your problem, please tell me which AV you have so I can add it to the list Thumbs Up

What AV are you using? Because apparently, we need to contact them. Your description suggests that the AV maker put the URL on a blacklist.

I think he is using Avast as someone reported the exact same issue and that person was using Avast.

At first I thought it was a download fluke or something but it turned out to be the AV.
Specifically:

yes its avast, and i was looking for a way to report the link as non virus but didnt really find one

i wasnt in the mood to set up a full email for it so i just left it there Smile
