hi i just installed renegade its been a long time since i played i downloaded UltraAOW_Mappack_7 now when i try 2 join a server says im banned because of a file called gwep_int.w3d what do i do?

The server you are trying to play in probably does not have that file listed as a "safe file"(server acknowledges that the particular file isn't a cheat).

Removing the file from your Renegade's data folder would work, however there is probably quite a few files within that map pack which will cause the same error.

I'd recommend getting scripts 4.0 as it has an automatic map downloader, so when you try to join a server, it will find the map and download only the files you need to your data folder.

Some servers don't allow certain files to be modified to stop cheating.
Sometimes mapmakers include modified versions of files that are blocked by the anti-cheat, but which shouldn't (read: the server owners should add it to a whitelist).

To get rid of the file simply goto your Application Data folder, there go into Renegade, then Client and finally ttfs.
Go into the files folder and find the file and delete it.

To goto your Application Data folder simply type %appdata% in the addressbar of your file browser and it should go there.

Assuming he has 4.0 installed, which is unlikely given he downloaded a map pack instead of just joining

It was Rencorner it looks like(your IP and that file was blocked yesterday). Just do as zunnie said and you should be good to go.
If you do swap servers like that, usually you can just restart your Ren to get in to the others.

Not exactly. Older versions of scripts allow a server admin to ask the client wether a file exists in a particular dir. I think it even allowed one to go beyond the renegade folder.

TT sends a hash of a possible cheatfile to the server and the server says whether it's allowed or not. If it's disallowed, you can't join the server.
