I played it with Ethenal for a bit when it was officially released in summer 2013, was really broken. Two Harpies were able to destroy the Refinery and some other buildings, and the cyborg commando was really powerful, especially with some vehicle combo i forgot about.
Don't know why they don't just port the mod to Unreal Engine 4 (without the Unreal Tournament character animation and movement/shooting mechanics), would be a huge improvement. Unreal Engine 4 also has the source code completely available so they can implement their own anti-cheat if needed.
